What days do you dispatch orders?
We ship twice a week. For obvious reasons we cannot specify exact days but we try to balance it at the start and end of the week.

Is there a minimum order?
Minimum order is 5 items.

How do I pay?
We have a range of options: Bitcoin, WU, MG, International Bank Transfer and from time to time, PP.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.

Where do you ship from?
We are based in the UK and all products are shipped from the UK.

What is the shipping cost?
Free shipping.


Do you re-ship?
No re-ships.

What is your method of post?
We send via Royal Mail 1st Class for UK customers and by Standard Air mail for the rest of the world. 

Can I have my order tracked?
Please email with a request for your order to be tracked, and we can do that for you.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

We must stress the following time frames below, so people can clearly see what sort of time frame they are looking at and so there is no confusion.

  • When you order, we will provide you with payment information within 24 hours.
  • After this time, you have 48 hours to make payment, follow the payment instruction and confirm your information by email.
  • If you send a transfer, or WU/MG it can take up to 2 working days to collect your payment. Once confirmed, we pack and dispatch all orders within 1 business day.


Once dispatched, average shipping times can vary, however from our experience the guidelines below are fairly accurate:
UK: 1-2 Business Days

Europe: 2-5 Business Days

International: 5-10 Business Days

We ask our EU customers to please allow 14 business days before contacting us about any missing items and International customers 28 business days, as from time to time delays can happen, and we have seen instances of packs landing within this sort of time frame.


I don’t want anyone to know what’s inside. How do you pack the orders?
Orders are packed in small, discreet packages, with no markings or information specifying content. We ask any customers who may need orals stuffed before shipping to please make a comment in the comments section on checkout. This does mean we will need to break the box seal and take off the bottle seal, to allow us to get into your bottle and stuff it with cotton etc to prevent any rattling.
